Before the project starts, our team will formulate a detailed and reasonable project plan, including design cycle, fabrication cycle, transportation cycle, and installation cycle. We will decompose each link into specific tasks, assign special personnel to be responsible, and set up key time nodes to ensure that every link is carried out in an orderly manner. For example, after signing the contract with a client from the UAE, we formulated a 5-month project plan, and held weekly progress meetings to track the progress of each link, ensuring that there was no delay in any link.
Second, we have our own large-scale in-house fabrication base. Many suppliers delay delivery because they outsource the fabrication of steel components, which is affected by the supplier’s production capacity and schedule. We have our own fabrication base with advanced production equipment and a professional production team, which can ensure the production capacity and quality of steel components. We can adjust the production schedule according to the project progress, and avoid delays caused by outsourcing.
Third, we have rich experience in international transportation. For overseas projects, transportation is a key link affecting delivery time. We have long-term cooperative logistics partners, who are familiar with the transportation routes, customs clearance procedures, and relevant regulations of various countries. We will choose the most suitable transportation mode (sea, air, etc.) according to the project urgency and the size of the components, and arrange the transportation in advance to avoid delays caused by transportation problems. At the same time, we will provide complete customs clearance documents to ensure that the goods can pass through customs smoothly.
Finally, we attach great importance to communication and coordination. During the project process, we will keep in close contact with the client, update the project progress in a timely manner, and inform the client of any possible problems in advance. If there are special circumstances that may affect the delivery time, we will take timely measures to adjust the plan and minimize the impact on the client.
